I won't recount the nightmare here that was our home building process. Suffice to say our builder, Bison Building, tried to steal our house out from under us as the market skyrocketed. We signed a contract for our home in January of 2001 and didn't accept delivery until April of 2002! When we signed the estimated delivery date was August 2001. So, based on that we sold our house in May of 2001 & moved in with my mother in law. Oh, and I ended up pregnant in the process. We moved in just 2 weeks before Ella was born. NIGHTMARE.
Anyway, I am happy to see that the housing bust has claimed them.
