Our little dancer had her first performance this weekend. There was a tap routine, a freestyle and a ballet portion. It was hysterical. Ella is on the upper age end of the class which is for 3-5 year olds. SO FUNNY. I especially liked the one little girl who refused to move. She was on the floor, on her dot, but did not move! At all! Poor girl. Ella had a blast and has asked me at least 1000 times "mama, why did they give me a medal?" I have to admit I am stumped, so I just say "its your reward for being such a good dancer." She doesn't buy it. My little cynic.
