Her: Everyone needs a passport to go to the USVI.
Me: um no (only max lacks one and we have his birth certificate)
Her: well we've been deporting a lot of people.
Me: really, where exactly would he be deported to? He's a US citizen traveling to a US territory. Does he get to stay in STJ, because if so, I may NEVER get him a passport.
Her: I am just trying to keep you informed.
Me: Thanks.
