The new furniture has arrived. Delivery time: 11am - 3pm. They actually showed at 11am! WHO HOOO! Who knew that deliveries could actually come as scheduled. Anyway, the guys were great and did a great job of getting everything in and together. New dining set looks great. Love the sofa! I see lots of races to get to the wedge chaise portion FIRST!This is kind of an odd week as we don't have a bunch of doctor's appointments and things to deal with. I guess just moving in the right direction is good right?
I did have the pleasure of discussing denied insurance claims this morning with BC/BS. Seems they are a bit confused and their "SYSTEM" won't allow them to process two claims for the same procedure (even though it was two different providers) on the same day. So day 1 of this ordeal when we went for the horrid ultrasound and then were immediately sent for a follow-up that same afternoon they thought "duplicate claim" let's just deny one. So I get a $485 bill from the lovely folks at Ultrasound Associates who as those who have been keeping up will remember handled the situation so gracefully in the beginning! NOT! Anyway, it seems all I have to do is file an appeal, but seriously ... why? Why, when I just explained it do I have to appeal it? And why does it take 10 minutes and pressing of 100 digits to get a human being?
There a little vent and I feel better...
