California voters for rejecting a proposition to require parental notification.

Colorado voters for rejecting a "personhood" amendment to define human life as beginning at fertilization. Had it been approved, the amendment could have provided the foundation for a ban on abortion in the state.

South Dakota voters, two years after rejecting a nearly total ban on abortion, for rejecting another sweeping but less restrictive ballot measure to outlaw abortions except in cases of rape, incest and pregnancies that threaten a woman's health.

Thank you for leaving these matters in the hands of women in concert with their doctors.
