So I've been thinking about our next vacation. I found out via Destination St. John's lovely Lori that we are not wed to the house we originally booked, so I have found a new contender. Possibly the lovely Calicaribe. That's the pool. NIce, eh? The plan for now (I am waiting for Delta's FF tickets to open for this time frame) is to leave the day after Thanksgiving 2007 or Friday, November 23rd - returning on Friday, November 30th. I have found after several trips to STJ it is best to avoid Saturday and Sunday departures or arrivals. Our last trip we arrived on a Tuesday and it was fantastically quiet and easy to get where we needed to go.
So I am hoping the FF tickets will be easy to snag and then we'll set it all up! I need something to look forward to after all that we've been through in 2007. We'd have to pull the girl out of school for a week, but I think she'll survive. Its ONLY kindergarten. So she'd be 5.5 and baby would be almost 10 months old.
